What you'll do
We are seeking an experienced Principal Quality Engineer to establish and lead our QA team. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive testing strategy and implement innovative testing tools for our product. Your technical expertise, learning skills and communication abilities will be essential for success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust testing strategy to ensure the highest quality of our complex cloud-ready product.
- Work closely with software development teams and architects to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
- Lead and mentor the QA team, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Identify and integrate cutting-edge testing tools and frameworks
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in automating software testing.
- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing
- Good understanding of microservices architecture
- Ability to learn by doing
- Analytical thinking and can-do attitude.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
Must-Have Skills:
- CI/CD pipelines and tools: Jenkins.
- Cloud technologies: Kubernetes, Helm, OCI images and containers.
- Cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
- Technical stacks: Git, JMeter, Playwright, Maven and SQL.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Additional CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab CI).
- Database management systems (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Additional technical stacks (e.g., Selenium, Terraform, Grafana).
- Programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Go Lang.
