What you'll do
As a
(Senior) Business Analystyou will work within our agile development team in the regulatory technology (RegTech) area to extend the business scope of our Regnology Reporting Hub software product.
- Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering:
- You will be responsible for analyzing regulations of the national and international Banking Authorities and business requirements of our clients related to Belgium national reporting like BECRIS and CAP and EBA reporting.
- Develop and Maintain Business Requirements:
- You will take care of designing, implementing, and testing (e. g. regulatory) requirements, new features, or software improvements.
- You will produce reasonable test cases and test data and defining user stories in terms of the agile software development process as well as creating documentation for clients and internal use.
- You will join a dynamic team and will collaborate with national and international colleagues at all levels and skills within the organization, e. g. Software Engineers, Architects, etc.
- Support of Customers and Projects:
- Additional tasks are helping with customer support by analyzing client issues and preparing client communication / workshops and support customer projects.
Why we should decide on you
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, analyzing, implementing and testing business requirements.
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of business administration, computer science or natural sciences.
- Experience in the fields of banking, accounting and regulatory reporting of credit institutions or similar.
- Advanced English language skills are a must, French or Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge about software development, data models and data flows.
- A proactive personality with strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, agile environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
