What you'll do

Regnology is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Support Specialist to join our support team with a focus on regulatory reporting. In this role, you will provide specialized support for our regulatory reporting products, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate assistance. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and maximize the value of our solutions. 

Your key accountabilities are: 
  • Provide support for our regulatory reporting products, addressing client inquiries and resolving functional issues.
  • Answering/solving, routing and following up client requests (via ticket system).
  • Collecting all required data for a ticket to verify, analyze and reproduce of errors.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to data integration, report generation, and software functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and compliance, to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical issues in our support ticketing system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to provide informed support and guidance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with regulatory reporting software and tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with financial data formats and integration methods is a plus.
