What you'll do
As an Operations Project/Change Manager, you will be part of our international Operations team, supporting the establishment and execution of cross-functional business process, data and change projects. The position will require a detail orientated approach with the ability to solve cross-functional business challenges.

Your key accountabilities are:- Projects could include cross-functional change, software migrations and/or business process.
- You will serve as the primary business contact for your relevant projects, facilitating project meetings, reporting on project status and enabling different functions to connect.
- You will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring risks and issues are identified and managed.
- In addition to classic project management, you will also be expected to take on operational project activities such as delivering solutions to business focused challenges.
- You will be responsible for ensuring project governance is maintained and will aid preparation of leadership updates for your projects.
The role requires a high degree of independence and an ability to challenge colleagues on deliverables.
Why we should decide on you
- Successfully completed university studies (e.g., in economics or computer science) or a comparable education in the banking or insurance environment.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the management/participation of complex projects, ideally in the field of software, financial services and/or consulting.
- Very good knowledge of business processes and financial services is not a prerequisite, but desirable.
- Enthusiasm for international work in a constantly growing, agile company.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. (German / French language is also an advantage).
- You are located in Austria
- A passion for change and continuous learning.
- Project Management certification PMP/PRINCE2 and/or data/financial analytics background would be a bonus
