What you'll do

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our product development team. In this role, you’ll contribute to code development, participate in platform design, collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow emerging technologies. Your technical expertise, learning skills and communication abilities will be essential for success.
 
Your key accountabilities are: 
  • Hands-on Coding (40%)
    • Actively contribute to coding activities within the team, ensuring high-quality software development.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative coding environment.
  • Architectural Design and Integration (30%)
    • Collaborate with software architects to design comprehensive solutions.
    • Align with cross-functional architects, documentation and release management to ensure business goals.
  • Technology Intelligence (30%)
    • Conduct research and evaluations of new technologies and identify opportunities to introduce modern technologies.
    • Lead the implementation of new processes to enhance the organization’s technological capabilities.

Why we should decide on you

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing and scaling complex, high-load systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must-to-have skills : 
  • Programming Languages: Deep knowledge in Java
  • Database Management: Various DB technologies
  • Cloud Technologies: Kubernetes and cloud services (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Architectural Skills: Microservices, event-driven architectures, and scaling high-load environments
Nice-to-Have skills:
  • Databases: ClickHouse, Oracle
  • Additional Stack Experience: .NET stack, Go Lang
