What you'll do
As a Product Consultant, you will be part of our international Customer Success Team who is responsible for the successful operation of our solution by our clients.
- You support our clients in Client tax reporting using our product to successfully fulfil reporting obligations
- You are a reliable point contact for our clients, you assist them in the business area of the tool
- You support the client on a level 1-2 support, trying to reproduce their results, analyse potential discrepancies, advise them on how to amend the data or the configuration, etc.
- You analyze the reported issues and provide solutions to our clients, or create defects for the development team to fix them
- You coordinate with Internal and External stakeholders across Global teams to ensure case resolution as per Service Level Agreement
- Last but not least, you build trusted relationships to our clients
Why we should decide on you
- Successfully completed university studies in the field of business administration, economics, taxation or similar
- Knowledge about capital markets, financial instrument and transactions and general understanding of taxation rules, double tax treaties etc. is desired
- Strong affinity for numbers
- Excellent analytical skills
- You will be in correspondence with our clients daily, so kindness and communication skills are highly appreciated
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Excel, MS Teams. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Previous experience with Scrum and agile working methods is a plus
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written. German is a plus
- Open to do on-call according to the agreed timeline
- Willingness to learn about our Tax Reporting solution
- Team spirit and interpersonal skills
