What you'll do
Regnology provides a wide range of regulatory tax reporting solutions used by a significant number of the largest banks and wealth managers.
As a Product Manager in this area, you are part of a team that is responsible for driving the strategy and growth of our tax solutions. This role will cover both new solutions (e.g., FASTER, CARF / DAC8 /1099-DA) as well as our established tax solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping product and commercial strategy, crafting business cases, managing partner relationships, and aligning closely with sales, delivery and development teams to make our vision a reality and optimise market positioning.
Your ability to think commercially, communicate effectively and manage competing priorities will be key to success in this role.
In this role, you will:
- Work with the Product Director to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with our tax vision and market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to anticipate future needs and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery and development teams) to ensure alignment on market positioning, product vision and execution strategy.
- Build and maintain business cases for new product initiatives, assessing market opportunities, risks, and financial viability.
- Identify and establish collaborations that strengthen Regnology’s position in the tax compliance ecosystem.
- Monitor business performance, customer feedback, and adoption rates to continuously optimise business strategy.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, sales, and delivery teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A good understanding of emerging tax reporting regulations would be highly desirable (e.g. CARF / DAC8 / 1099-DA, FASTER etc.)
- Experience working with financial institutions, regulators, or tax authorities is a plus
