What you'll do
As the Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead the transformation of our RevOps organisation into a high-impact, strategic capability that supports operational excellence and the delivery of predictable revenue growth.
Alongside the day-to-day management of RevOps, this pivotal role will see the successful candidate drive the design, implementation, and optimisation of processes, systems, and tools that align cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Engineering, Sales and Marketing) to deliver revenue goals.
You will own the end-to-end revenue operations strategy, overseeing everything from sales process optimisation to the implementation of best of breed revenue management, analysis and optimisation tools.
You will report directly to Regnology’s COO and be a strategic partner to Regnology’s CRO and Sales Leadership
Key responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day activities of the RevOps organization and take ownership for the ACV/ARR metrics
- Analyse, optimise and own the end-to-end quote to cash process with your finance peers
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes in support of our ambitious growth plans whilst ensuring optimisation of operational efficiency
- Support the integration of acquired companies into Regnology’s RevOps systems and processes
- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights across all go-to-market functions to support decision making and drive revenue growth
- Lead the existing RevOps team and support team development through effective hiring, mentoring and retention of top talent
- Be a key stakeholder in the successful delivery of our new Salesforce implementation including CPQ roll-out
- Lead the roll-out of supporting revenue analysis and optimisation technologies
Why we should decide on you
- At least 5 years of sales operations, business operations or revenue operations experience at an Enterprise SaaS software vendor.
- 2 years of direct team management experience in a senior role
- Experience of successfully implementing change within direct teams and revenue organisations through collaborative style of working
- Can demonstrate successfully implementing and owning revenue operations tools and platforms (Salesforce, Clari, Gong etc.)
- Excellent English skills with clear communication style and an ability to influence at all levels
