What you'll do
As Agile Master you are part of Research & Development and facilitate the success of the team(s). Next to working hands-on with them, you optimise development processes and facilitate organizational development.
- You coach and drive team building & agile software development
- You ensure continuous improvement and support the team in analyzing obstacles and finding solutions
- You track & maintain & analyze our standard KPIs
- You help the teams to increase fun & efficiency
- You will be engaging the scrum teams, removing impediments and fostering a self-organizing team environment
- You are part of the RegTech-wide Agile Master Chapter

- You have professional experience in a comparable position (ideally in international SW-development)
