What you'll do
As an
Operations Accountant/ Business Accountant you will join our growing agile & international Regnology team. As part of your Business Operations department, you will be responsible for several key tasks, such as:
- Checking contracts parameters, content, volumes pre-billing
- Creating invoices / credit notes for all revenue streams pertaining to the Invoke subsidiary
- Aligning with project managers and account managers/ sales representatives to ensure the accuracy of billing and revenue recognition
- Support the Invoke collections specialist in monitoring incoming payments, understanding the customer account and supporting the dunning process (email and phone);
- Prepare ad-hoc reports according to the invoices issued and assist with the preparation of monthly revenue accruals for the month end close
- Answering customer and internal enquiries via email and phone
- Maintaining the required master data for our Tech clients/debtors and align with Finance
- Close collaboration with the Finance and Revenue Operations teams on all Revenue related issues.
Why we should decide on you
- 2 years+ of related experience in Finance, experience in invoicing and accounts receivable is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance related
- Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance module) is a plus
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- High level of attention to details
- Good communicator with effective written and verbal skills
- Comfortable with MS office applications (basic Excel)
