What you'll do
We are seeking a motivated hand-on Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive our technology forward. In this role, you’ll develop innovative solutions based on customer feedback and lead automation initiatives. Your technical expertise, learning skills and communication abilities will be essential for success.
Software Development:
- Design, refactor and develop high-quality software by writing clean (Java) code on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver in alignment with the software roadmap.
- Listen &to and reflect on customer feedback to increase the software’s added value.
Technical Leadership:
- Be innovative and drive product forward
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Act as a role model and be a mentor to junior developers.
Why we should decide on you
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
- Proven experience in designing and refactoring systems.
- Software as a Service (SaaS) experience is a plus.
- Hands-on performance optimization (Profiling, GC tuning, etc.)
- Ability to learn by doing
- Analytical thinking and can-do attitude.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
Must-Have Skills:
- Programming Languages: Java
- Database Management: Oracle, PostgresSQL
- Cloud Technologies: Kubernetes, Helm, OCI images and containers
- Technical Stack: SpringBoot, WildFly, Maven, Git and Jenkins
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Programming Languages: Go Lang, Kotlin, Scala
- Database Management: ClickHouse
- Cloud Technologies: Google Cloud Platform
- Technical Stack: Apache Spark, GWT
