What you'll do

The Talent Acquisition Support is responsible for assisting the recruitment team with sourcing candidates, preparing and issuing recruitment-related documents.You will support the development of talent pipelines across multiple international locations.
This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in international recruitment and talent sourcing strategies. You will have exposure to global talent markets, learning about diverse talent pools, cultural hiring practices and international labor laws.

Ideally, you will be based in Wroclaw or Poznan. The successful candidate will be offered an internal, permanent contract and be fluent in English.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for talent pipelines across various roles and locations.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by engaging with talent on social media.
  • Assist in market research for international recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and international recruitment regulations.

Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position is preferred. Experience with an international Saas company is a clear advantage.
  • Successful candidate will have fluency in English with an additional language a plus.
  • Proven record of working to deadlines, target driven and results focused
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. “Can- do” attitude with positive mindset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (preferred).
  • Interest in developing expertise in international recruitment.
