We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced SRE Engineer with a knack for building and maintaining world-class observability solutions. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our critical applications and services by designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive observability platform.
What You'll Do:- Own Observability: You'll be a champion for observability best practices, driving the adoption of monitoring, logging, and alerting across SRE teams.
- Dive Deep into Data: Analyze logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and potential issues.
- Automate-all-the-things! : You have scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with automation tools like Ansible and Terraform. You are “lazy like an engineer” and don’t perform manual action when there is a good reason to code instead.
- Build Powerful Dashboards: Craft stunning and insightful dashboards in Grafana, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with SREs, developers, and other teams to understand their needs and continuously improve our observability platform.

- Kubernetes and GCP knowledge: You're a seasoned cloud user (GCP, AWS or Azure) with a good understanding of Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Storage and willing to grow your GCP knowledge.
- Observability and alerting mastery: You have a proven experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Stackdriver) and data visualization platforms (Grafana). You know how to pivot from re-active incident management to pro-active detection thanks to data. You can support team to implement auto-remediation solutions
- Communication & Collaboration: You're a strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A Passion for Learning: You're always eager to learn new technologies and improve your skills. You apply continuous improvement principle to yourself and any process and software you touch.
