What you'll do
As a Senior Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing processes for our division of project managers and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
Dashboarding and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics, project progress, and resource allocation (MS Dynamics, Power BI)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs and create insightful reports.
Monitoring and Analysis:
- Set up monitoring systems to track project performance, resource utilization, and service delivery.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
Knowledge & Project Management:
- Establish a centralized knowledge repository and management for best practices, guidelines, and project documentation. (Sharepoint, Confluence)
- Curate content, organize resources, and ensure easy access for team members.
- Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working

- Successfully completed university studies in the field of business, economics, mathematics or comparable studies
- 3 years+ of professional experience in similar role
- Proficiency in data visualization tools - Power BI
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Very good (spoken and written) level of English
- Experience with Sharepoint, Confluence and other collaboration platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of project management & project accounting processes
